JOB TITLE: Director of Catering and Convention Services JOB NUMBER:60053893 POSITION SCOPE: This position is designed to train, supervise and work with all catering and convention services associates in order to solicit and book banquet functions, supervise the planning, merchandising and execution of the catering functions that ensure customer satisfaction and maximize hotel revenue and profitability. The Director of Catering and Convention Services will also work with the appropriate associates to develop banquet menus, pricing and revenue minimums using brand standards and competitive data. QUALIFICATIONS : The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years catering sales and convention services experience. Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
